Your printed instructions need improvement!!
No where does it say to line up the arrows of each strand. at the plugs. I spent three days trying to figure our why the lights werent working, including buying a new round of batteries and having a second battery D box sent. It was just by accident that I finally noticed the minute arrows. Printing that in your instructions would have saved me hours of lost time and much frustration! My husband also didnt notice the arrows.
Customer service on the phone was excellent.
