I have always been pleased with the products and service I have ordered. I once ordered 2 lanterns with glass globes and one of the globes had a crack in it, I called the toll free number and explained my problem to the person. He was very polite and told me a new one would be sent out right away. I received my new lantern 4 days later! Thank You for your great service!
