I liked the product very much. I ordered for Christmas gifts and was assured they would arrive at a particular date in order for gift giving. and stated a specific date. That date passed and, after MUCH telephone conversation with a very patient and helpful representative, it was discovered the delivery system hadmade an address error. The order arrived the day before we traveled and with lots of scurrying, all was delivered. But the gifts were well received and I liked so much I kept one, Tks.
