Overall IÂ’ve been very pleased with the service that I received from lights.com. Although, I must admit, that I was initially a bit disappointed by the e-mail notification that a portion of my order was not available. (It would have been nice to know product availability before my order was placed). I was however impressed with how quickly the credit was refunded to my account, for the portion of the order that was cancelled. After receiving and setting my candles out I discovered that one of the candles was not working. I emailed customer service stating the purpose for my correspondence, along with a photo. I believe it was the following day that I received an email from *** stating that a replacement candle was being shipped out to me. I would like to express my gratitude for such a timely response and zero hassle. To sum things up, my candles look great, (so much safer than a lighted flame!) and I look forward to making future purchases from establishment. Thank you! God Bless!
