As far as service, I have no complaint what so ever. However - 4 of the 12 strings of lights I ordered blink in different colors than their brothers and sisters. At this time it is no big deal as the four do blink together, just in a pattern that is different that the other 8. AND - I need 4 lines to do the front of my house, so Ill use those together and I doubt anyone will be able to tell when comparing those strings to the 8 we plan on putting in our crepe myrtle tree. Otherwise - Im satisfied, and I will be back in the future.
