The order process was easy and worked well. I received my order in a timely manner. I did have a problem with one part of my order not working, so I sent a comment to the company via their web site. I did not hear back, so I emailed. I did not hear back, so I called customer service. *** was great! He was very friendly and helpful. He said a replacement order was already in the works and I should get it this week. My suggestion would be to send a short email to the person to just let them know you received the comment and you are sending a replacement. Thanks!
