I purchased to sets of Angel lights. One for myself and one for my daughter. I intend to give her a set for Valentines Day. One of the Angels in the set would not light. I immediately e-mailed the company. Much to my delight, I had another candle in less than a week. I love the Angel Candles and I love how the problem was immediately handled in record time.
