I order four Flameless Wax Taper Candles for use in our Childrens Chapel. Three of the four work nicely. One doesnt work at all. I tried multiple batteries to see if that was the problem...no luck.
I hope you can replace the defective candle.
Otherwise, I am happy with the product!
