Excellent seller in every way. My only wish is that they use another delivery service other that UPS. Although the package was picked up and shipped promptly, it was delayed in delivery because the regional UPS hub here in Los Angeles kept repeating a daily postponement of the delivery for a full week. The item was shipped from NJ on Dec. 2nd, arrived in LA on Dec. 4th, and I received it yesterday, Dec 11th. Entirely the fault of UPS and not Lights.com. I would like very much to do business with them again but only if I could be given a choice of carrier.
