I recently received an order of 5 wax candle shells. Upon opening the box I found that they had been poorly packed and had banged into each other. The candles were chipped and cracked. I contacted the company and they requested a picture of the packing and candles which I submitted. They asked if I wanted a refund or replacement. Due to the late date I opted for a refund and they immediately sent a refund to my Paypal account.The customer service was excellent but there needs to be better supervision of packaging.
