I was very happy with all areas of my ordering procedure and processing. My order was handled promptly and efficiently. I received confirmation quickly and received my order in a short time. One of my orders was lacking a remote and I emailed this at once. I received a totally new order in 2 or 3 days of my email, and without having to return the incomplete order. I was pleasantly surprised at the wonderful customer service and promptness I received in all phases of my order.
