My experience with Lights.com was excellent. The package arrived quickly which was great. One of my candles was broken upon arrival, so I called customer service and they sent a new one right away, free of any extra charge. The only negative thing was that I didnt get my shipment notice (the your order is on its way! email) until the day my package arrived. I would have liked to track it while it was in transit, but it wasnt a huge deal.
