when I received my order a piece was broken, I talked with the nicest young man and he said to take a picture of the broken piece and send him a e mail of it, this was done and he sent a replacement right away, WONDERFUL SERVICE I think, and the man I spoke with ***, I think, he was just as nice as can be with me!
