The order shipped quickly and correctly. One of the items ordered was defective when I checked it after order arrival. I contacted Customer Service on-line by completing a Support Ticket. After one working day I was notified that a replacement shipment was being processed at no additional charge. It was a no hassle experience. Thank you, lights.com and keep up the good work.
