Customer support is excellent! I have told others about the awesome variety of lighting available. However, the company might want to offer better QUALITY products. For example, imagine a Christmas tree decorated with multiple sets of the same model lights but the customer has to use multiple remotes to light the tree; this would be frustrating. Lights.com bent over backwards to make things right; in fact they probably did not make any profit from our order. But their actions told us that they totally value their customers.
