I called customer service after hours and left a mesaage and also sent a follow up email out of concern for a delayed shipment and was very impressed that I received a phone call not more than 10 minutes after I sent the email. This is the 2nd time I received this kind of outstanding follow up after hours. I am VERY impressed with their commitment to following up with their customers...really excellent! Thank you!! I would very much recommend Light.com to anyone!
