My order was totally satisfactory. I wanted battery operated candles for an outdoor chandelier and these were perfect. And they have a built in timer which is great. The only thing I would suggest is that there be more info in the package about how the timer works. There was nothing at all. I just incerted the batteries and magically the candles come on for six hours at a time. So depending on when you put the batteries in, thats when the timer starts.
