I am so impressed with this company. The candles were exactly what I wanted for the windows in my house. I was so excited about them and loved them them the first day. I ordered 24 of them and 12 were defective. I contacted them and sent photos of the candles that did not work or cracked wax candle base. I offered to send all of them back for a refund. The professional representative informed me that they would send twelve candles to me at no charge and no need to send the defective ones back. Now that's great service! I will definitely do business again and highly recommend their customer support.
