I have ordered 3 products from Lights.com. In each case, there had been an issue Â…. either a missing part or one of a set not working correctly. Quality control might be better. HOWEVER, three times Ive contacted customer service and submitted a support ticket and have received a response within an hour or two. Always, the company has made things right, and has sent out missing parts or has replaced the defective item . Their customer support rocks!
