I ordered two starlight flameless pillar candles. They arrived promptly however one did not work. I called customer service who immediately sent me out another which does work. I am a happy customer. I was also told by customer service to keep or dispose of the defective candle. I was grateful not to have to send it back. I would recommend Lights.com to anyone. Your customer service department is to be commended.
