Product quality and length of time to deliver were very good. Ordering process and customer service needs to be improved. Told me when I called about a question that my Saturday order was not actually placed until Monday but they charged my credit card on Saturday. Individual who took my call was nice but seemed to be makinnn things up as he went through the call.
