We ordered 32 candles for a large function and each one was individually packed, styrofoamed and protected to ensure perfect shipping. Even through a nasty snowstorm, which as usual paralyzed this area of the US, the boxes arrived in wonderful condition and each candle worked with no headache! These were priced VERY well for flameless candles and were just a bit different than the smooth-sided variety that can be found in any Big Box or craft store. These folks are the real deal!
