I ordered two sets of 2 (to get 4 in total) to hang on my outdoor canopy. I was attracted to these because of the warm white color and clear textured glass. They are simple & elegant and can used for table top decor. Unfortunately one set of 2 was completely shattered when I received them. The packaging was not that great and was amazed the other set survived so well. I contact customer service via the website and provided pictures as well. The customer satisfaction was great, they promptly acknowledged the the contact, and arranged for replacement free of any charges. While I thought the replacement sat in processing a few days longer than it should have, when I received them today I understood. They made sure the contents were not broken, they packaged the inner box and outer box extremely well to ensure they arrived safely. They did. I'm impressed. I will stay a customer. Thank you.
