I ordered the wrong lights initially and called to get a return and reorder the correct lights. The rep was very helpful to get my return initiated and I was promptly credited the refund. My reorder was promptly shipped and I had the correct lights in time for Christmas decorating even though it was short notice. Great service and excellent product quality.
