When my order showed up, two of the candles were an off white and one was white...customer service had the warehouse hand pick and replace the two off white candles, with white....they went above and beyond and I am a customer for life now....I have never seen anyone help their customer this way in a long time...I will be telling everyone that I know how great this company is and how great the quality of their products are! I love my candles!!
