I purchased an Arctic Block lamp. It took an incredibly long time to arrive and when it did it didn’t have the remote control in the box. The lamp is unusable as it can’t be dimmed and the quality of the light can’t be changed. My dining room looks like a sterile board room. I reached out three times to customer service, both through email and the form on their webpage; I never even received a reply. It’s a company pretending to be from Sweden, that has no customer service and ships from China. Don’t waste your money or time.
