They sell things to the US market that are not usable in the US market. Then they refuse to refund your dollars along with shipping back to China. Yes all these products are manufactured in China not Sweden and shipped directly from China”

It is twisted beacszue the ribbons in manufacture are too tight ( in my opinion ) Refuse to replace it with a like for like nor can they explain why it is different to the photo on their website which I bought from. 7 emails back and forth I give up as I realise they have no desire to stand by their products they sell AVOID”
