“Poor quality, we gave bout two lights and both are of poorest quality at highest costs. We send them back. To China! That was nowhere mentionrd beforehand. We are still waiting for reimbursement. This is a fake company with business address in Sveden, but only manufacruring dmfaciluties in China. The customer service was at the beginning friendly and now we get no information back. Hands off - DO NOT BUY here!!!

“terrible customer service. Bought a light for dinning room. It doe not hang like it looks like in the picture on their web or ones I have seen in a friends home. It is twisted beacszue the ribbons in manufacture are too tight ( in my opinion ) Refuse to replace it with a like for like nor can they explain why it is different to the photo on their website which I bought from. 7 emails back and forth I give up as I realise they have no desire to stand by their products they sell AVOID”
