terrible customer service. Bought a light for dinning room. It doe not hang like it looks like in the picture on their web or ones I have seen in a friends home. It is twisted beacszue the ribbons in manufacture are too tight ( in my opinion ) Refuse to replace it with a like for like nor can they explain why it is different to the photo on their website which I bought from. 7 emails back and forth I give up as I realise they have no desire to stand by their products they sell AVOID
