Hi sorry to say not great. I ordered 2 dressses. One was faulty and I received a refund. I received an email on 23/10/20 regarding the 2nd dress advising me it would be dispatched urgently. To date I have not received any notifications about this what so ever.
I have emailed you but so far have not received a response.
Is it possible to have a refund for this 2nd item.
