“I bought two dresses for £111 to be sent to the UK, on arrival they were'nt right. I messaged as per the website and they said I had to return them back via mail which cost me a further £29.50. The items were tracked and delivered back to them and they acknowledged this and said I would be contacted within 48 hours. HOWEVER, I have messaged now 5 times with all evidence of the orders the receipt, the return, their arrival and the tracking number and yet they have gone radio silent. It has almost been two weeks. SO FAR I HAVE SPENT £140 and have nothing! They say on their return policy they will arrange a CREDIT. nothing has been provided so at the moment it is CONSUMER THEFT and I have written to the ombudsman about the case and will not let this go until I am credited or re- numerated. It is totally unacceptable and I hope no one else buys from them reading this review unless they are certain their attire will be correct. BUYERS BEWARE. This review will be removed if this situation is remedied.”

“The dress was too big so product was returned. After multiple emails it turns out the return portal no longer exists. Address was provided for return and one month later still no store credit or refund. Very disappointed. Very poor customer service!”

“Disappointed in this purchase. Fabric says linen but it’s extremely stiff. I have washed it twice hoping it would soften but it hasn’t. Wanted to return it before I washed it but checked the website and said no refunds on sale items. I bought it in the Black Friday sale. 😕”

“The dress does not fit. The returns portal does not allow a return. An email to the company has not been answered. I'm entitled to a refund and no one has contacted me or refunded the purchase price. The company provides no customer servuce. I will be contacting the ACCC.”

“Be sure to check return policy! Even on Black Friday sales in which everything is on sale like many other websites, you can not return them is you want to change size. Every other company like Salty Crush and Gypsy and wolf you can and they have the same Carmen dress I ordered! Not even a teply to my emails as first time customer! Very dissatisfied and won’t be buying from this company again 😡”

“Love my dress! The garment sizing information/measurements were perfect and easily allowed me to convert sizing to US sizing. The medium was perfection. DHL Express was flawless and fast. Customer Service is responsive and helpful even with day/time gaps. Lovely experience.”
