“Disappointed in this purchase. Fabric says linen but it’s extremely stiff. I have washed it twice hoping it would soften but it hasn’t. Wanted to return it before I washed it but checked the website and said no refunds on sale items. I bought it in the Black Friday sale. 😕”

“The dress does not fit. The returns portal does not allow a return. An email to the company has not been answered. I'm entitled to a refund and no one has contacted me or refunded the purchase price. The company provides no customer servuce. I will be contacting the ACCC.”

“Be sure to check return policy! Even on Black Friday sales in which everything is on sale like many other websites, you can not return them is you want to change size. Every other company like Salty Crush and Gypsy and wolf you can and they have the same Carmen dress I ordered! Not even a teply to my emails as first time customer! Very dissatisfied and won’t be buying from this company again 😡”

“Love my dress! The garment sizing information/measurements were perfect and easily allowed me to convert sizing to US sizing. The medium was perfection. DHL Express was flawless and fast. Customer Service is responsive and helpful even with day/time gaps. Lovely experience.”
