While purchase seemed seemless it said I have an Express International.delivery 3-5 days arrival.Than it became 14 days.....predicted to arrive by 11th of July. Yet ,today is the 10th of July, my parcel nowhere near London, looks like stuck at Brisbane.... I need to know when will I receove my items as I am due to go away shortly. Also, if yhe item is delayed as such I would have expect a note,email ,update to let me know....

We’ve just checked the tracking and can see that your parcel was delivered in London on the 11th of July as anticipated. The dress didn't look like the social media advertisement and was appearing daily on both Facebook and instagram. I don't like the dress at all and am extremely disappointed that I can't get a refund. Of course, it was on me to check prior to purchase. It's actually ridiculous that this review mentions 'refunds' as the website states that's not possible and only credits can be given, which adds to my frustration.

i received the article - the color and quality of the purchase was not as displayed on your advertisement -with in 10 minutes of receiving the article i sent it back via return post - asking for a refund as I was very disappointed -

I was unfortunately thoroughly disappointed by this dress. It is poor quality, and not as pictured. (Now I understand why you can’t zoom into the photos on the website). It is poor quality for the price point. The material is printed to look like that crinkly material, resulting in it looking incredibly cheap.

If I could do less than 1 star... I would. Fully a once burned never try again experience. Best wishes.. if you continue to trade this way... you won't be trading much longer.

Terrible - my order was placed in July and it’s now mid September and I haven’t received them and now I get a review of my goods that I don’t even have which was supposed to have been dispatched on the 3rd September but are still still sitting in you warehouse not yet collect by the carrier. Will never buy from here again!

Reading terms and conditions wrong l thought if purchase wasnt right l could be refunded otherwise l never would have made a purchase.now l have 2 dresses that didnt work for me in either size that can only be credited back. d

Don't order from them! When you shop it says "Free and easy returns" but it turns out you cannot get a refund. Can only get a voucher. I find the website extremely misleading and this practice deceitful. I ordered 4 dresses to try them on and choose 2 out of the 4. I ended up spending double the amount I intended to because of that. I contacted them by email a couple of times, both emails being left unanswered. Very poor customer service. Will never order again.

I’m really disappointed. I’ve been requesting someone contact me regarding an order that was placed on the 7th December, the size is incorrect. Nobody has bothered to respond to my emails/messenger request yet you send me a request to give my opinion??? I have been a loyal customer for quite a few years now, but the lack of customer service on this occasion has really been disappointing.

the tracking is telling me the parcel is stuck in Brisbane QLD since October 6th.Cleared and awaiting international departure. It seems very long , but i can only wait.It looks like there is nothing I can do.

I ordered a top which was way too big sent it back requesting a smaller size, about 3 wks ago, haven’t heard a thing!!
