Don't order from them!
When you shop it says "Free and easy returns" but it turns out you cannot get a refund. Can only get a voucher. I find the website extremely misleading and this practice deceitful. I ordered 4 dresses to try them on and choose 2 out of the 4. I ended up spending double the amount I intended to because of that.
I contacted them by email a couple of times, both emails being left unanswered. Very poor customer service.
Will never order again.
