“I ordered 2 dresses on the same day. I received shipping info for 1 but hadn't heard anything about the second one. The first one was delivered and still no notification on the second. I had to contact them only to be told there was a warehouse issue and the dress was out of stock, although I had been charged. I would have appreciated them notifying me of this issue, instead of me having to chase it up. They did refund straight away, and were apologetic. Lucky I am not still waiting.....”
