Banksia print haze dress . Extremely see through wish you had stated this in the website . 💯 cotton dosent mean that see through . Just a little disappointed

If l could be bothered l would return it because it's not as shown..the actual took 4 returns and still had to find a dress maker..then l will be able to wear it..disappointed to say the least!

Because I used a partial voucher and discount code my item was not therefore noted as a full priced item so I had to pay to have the item returned so out of pocket for using a VIP welcome back discount code. Not so happy as this means I pay $10 to return the item. Once I use my credit I think that I will not shop here again.

Purchased a dress and returned it without drama but would have preferred a refund instead of a credit. Just purchased another dress just to use the credit and will probably just wear it around the house. I won’t purchase again.

Good communication & Easy to exchange item that doesn’t fit but disappointed I had to pay to return, I could have sent it cheaper myself if you provided an address prior to requesting payment. Item has been delivered to you according to Aus post but haven’t heard from you yet

Despite measurements given, I ordered what was my size by measurement. When it arrived it was huge, you could have fit 1 1/2 of me in the dress. Also there was a seam that wasn't sewn correctly, so have had to send back for a refund as style chosen had sold out.

First time ordering through this company/ website. Beautiful clothing with a label that i have purchased before but from a different website. Ordered a dress, way oversized (sizing chart and reviews all considered before purchase), not enough sizes to exchange or re-order. As a first order received 15% off - which is Great and why i purchased something. Only store credit available however the store credit doesnt cover the cost of a new purchase + shipping (because of the initial 15% discount), Unless looking at SALE items but then there isn't enough sizes available in SALE items either. Disappointed, considering keeping it and gifting it to someone as returning to purchase something else will cost me more money. Shipping returns also a little unclear - did the right thing to select that i had purchased with a discount and it was going to cost me $9.60 out of pocket to return. Had to contact them via online chat to discover that the "full priced item" option needed to be selected for a no cost return.

The item arrived heavily crushed and wrinkled. I don’t appreciate having to get it pressed before I could wear it.

I am disappointed that your returns policy does not offer refunds on new stock and styles. My recent purchase now means I have to try to sell it privately as you were offering a discount at time of purchase 😔

The shoulder straps on one of the dresses were very loose and which isn’t how is looked on the website. It means I can only wear it as an off shoulder dress which I don’t love. The pattern is nice though.

Brought a top ordered XL which I could fit me and my husband in it. I have emailed Lilac & Mila 4 times this week to swap but have not heard anything from them. But I have received an email to buy something every day.

Quick delivery. Ordered a 16 which is for my boobs. Still too small. Why isn’t all clothing manufactured at a standard size. This happens all the time with online ordering

We are so sorry to hear that you have received a faulty item, we try our best to ensure this doesn't happen. I can't see that our customer service girls have been notified of this issue. We do request that customers do reach out to us directly when this happens. I must say I’ve been a little disappointed with the cut and feel of the fabric of my last few dresses, they just haven’t had that ‘Jaase edge’ that I have so admired over the past few years, it seems to be lacking.😔🤷🏼‍♀️

Hi Candice! I've just looked into this for you, as I can see your order has been delivered to the United States. As we are an Australian company we have to send all international parcels with Australia Post Standard or DHL Express, I see you chose Australia Post Standard International shipping - we sent you an order confirmation when your parcel was sent, and that email includes a tracking number from Australia Post, you can click on the link and it will take you to tracking or you can copy and paste this link into the Australia Post website! Sometimes this confirmation email gets sent to junk/spam/promotions in your email for some reason, so be sure to check those if you are unable to locate this. Otherwise, our helpful customer service team is happy to send you your tracking number if you are unable to find it! We hope next time you are able to track your item xx Love Lilac an Mila xx

Item was too small even though I checking the measurements. As I purchased on a Mother’s Day sale I now have to pay for return shipping. I don’t feel you should have to pay for return shipping if it doesn’t fit as your can’t try it on.
