Hi Lovely, Thank you for your email, we are very sorry to hear that you were not 100% happy with your recent purchase. As you've posted this anonymously I'm not able to look into your account and make sure we helped you rectify this issue. To help with sizing, we do little try ons of the newest items on our Instagram story. We will also be making sure that all accurate measurements are found on all new items when uploaded every Monday. We have also started focusing on collaborating with plus size ladies such as @letmetrybeforeyoubuy on Instagram. Purchasing process was easy, delivery was quick, although the item is marked an XL, is more suited to a 10, small 12 so can't wear and can't return so won't be purchasing again unfortunately :(

I loved the clothing but was surprised that when one of the outfits wasn't the right size I couldn't get a money refund, only a store credit. I am fine with that store policy, my problem was that the policy wasn't clear on your website, it specifically says refunds accepted if you purchase full price, I assumed that meant my money would be refunded to me. For an online only store where you can't try on their clothes it's surprising that you can't be refunded for incorrect fit.

In the future we would like to ask you to please email us for issues with garments - it is so important to us that all our customers to love their purchases therefore it is crucial to notify us when an issue arises - as we cannot assist if we are unaware. From there we have the correct garment sent in express overnight shipping to prevent you girls from waiting any longer for the correct item. I had to email twice before my garment was shipped . I had message about sizing and was guided on what size to purchase. Jacket is too big and now they are out of stock. I don’t particularly want a credit as most items seem to be sold out very quickly

I am fairly new to online shopping after recently joining Natalie Angle’s LMTBYB group. So when I recently purchased 4 dresses from your company I made the rookie error of not checking your returns policy. I just naively assumed I would be able to get a refund on any items that didn’t suit! (I know...my mistake and I will wear that) After trying on each of the dresses I have realised unfortunately that I will have to return 3 of the 4. My main complaint on now having over $200 in store credit is that many of your other garments that I would be potentially be interested in purchasing with my credit are out of stock!!

I was disappointed that after buying two size 14 dresses, one came nowhere near fitting my bust and the other was perfect. I have returned one dress and yet to hear anything.

dress was too small i checked your conditions of returns it was not on sale but i used the LMTBYB code as i saw it on her instagram you have stated no returns if you use a code.. now im stuck with 2 dresses that dont fit.

You can now return items purchased on sale for a STORE CREDIT within 21 days of purchase. This includes orders purchased with a first purchase discount, Influencer codes, storewide sales, marked down items etc… Please note that we do not cover return shipping costs on sale items. The dress I ordered was beautiful. Very flowy and lush, everything I look for in a maxi. The only disappointing thing is that after one wear and wash some of the seams have started to pull open.

The Leora Pink Embroidered Avenue top is better in real life than on the internet, it is soo nice!!! The reason why i have only given 3 stars: I had been searching for this shirt for some time and was reluctant to purchase as you only do store credit or exchange, no refunds for change of mind. Lucky for me the shirt suits and fits me. As a rule I stay clear of any online business that does not offer a refund. I have found items on your website that I like but i have purchased from other online businesses that offer refunds regardless of the reason.

Designs are gorgeous however sizing between styles is very inconsistent. I purchased 3 different dresses all in the same size, one fit perfect, the next didn’t even do up and the 3rd didn’t do up.

I love your clothing. However, I think the cost for quality doesn't really add up. I always look at your style of dresses as more affordable alternatives to say Arnhem or Spell Designs, but really they're not that much less. Making it more tempting to go with a reliable brand rather than something considered fast fashion.

It was a lovely dress and one that I am sure I will get some wear out of. The quality doesn't feel that great for the price you pay - so I don't think it will be long lasting.

The dresses are beautiful and delivery was fast. But there had been zero quality control. All of the four dresses had long over locker threads hanging off at different parts, and one dress I had to restitch the shoulder. They were severely crushed in the bags and had clearly not been checked when they had arrived from whatever country they are made in, before being shipped to customers. It cheapened the overall business unfortunately.

Hi Guys, Just a little feedback. I loved the dress on your website however because of all the filters used it looks a lot darker in real life. Also when I opened the package it had a very strong smell and there were a few threads that weren’t cut off after stitching so the finish wasn’t that great. I was going to return it but the cut and fit of the dress was really good on me. Thanks Mel.
