Lovely dresses, however a couple of buttons missing from one and the cord to tie was frayed and coming apart when I took it out of the packet.

Unfortunately I have had a hit and miss experience with L&M. One dress sent without the belt, another dress I purchased (and was waiting some days for) didn’t arrive then via email I was advised that it faulty and they did not have anymore to replace it. I have had to return various dresses from Jasse because of variance in the size XS. On the up side I am happy with the dresses I have received successfully and intact. Also usually prompt delivery.

Love your clothing however you never have stock the one time I managed to purchase something it was way to big & had to return it

The order i received was not what I ordered. Very inconvenient when I pay good money then have to post it back and wait for the replacement. Disappointing

Communication was good and the item arrived promptly. However it completely swamped me , didn’t look like the photos and so I have had to return it. It’s ended up being more hassle than it is worth, going back to the post office etc to return, and now I have a refund voucher, I’d rather have my cash back to be honest. It is unlikely that I would purchase an item of clothing on line again. So even though I have put acceptable, the experience has been overwhelmingly negative.

We also do not sell any items that we do not deem to be of acceptable quality to be worn and are constantly monitoring the quality of the items we are sending. Our store credits do not expire so you have all the time to find the perfect items, we can also have images of one of our girls wearing the items in our office as requested if you have any doubts on certain pieces. Clothes are lovely and feel great. I'm a little bit disppointed on the print design. I ordered a dress that just looked like a floral print but turns out it has images of people on it. Its hard to see clearly what the exact print of the dress was, and if you zoom in it just gets blurry. This is definitely not something I would have ordered had I have known this. I would suggest that you have a zoomed in picture of the print of each dress.

This is great feedback however for us to perhaps include a zoomed-in photo of the prints or include it in product descriptions - as I know interpretation can vary with people! Beautiful dress. Arrived timely. XS size was too big and unable to return for a refund due to their returns policy which is very disappointing.

Purchased two dresses , one I love the other one the size not right despite being both medium, will give one of the dresses to one of my daughters!

Haven’t got my item yet. Website was good. Hope the skirt looks good. Didn’t know about Black Friday sales so missed out on the discounts. Purchased a few days beforehand.Then kept getting heaps of emails about the discounts I missed out on which was pretty annoying especially as a first time customer.

Purchasing process was easy, delivery was quick, although the item is marked an XL, is more suited to a 10, small 12 so can't wear and can't return so won't be purchasing again unfortunately :(

I loved the clothing but was surprised that when one of the outfits wasn't the right size I couldn't get a money refund, only a store credit. I am fine with that store policy, my problem was that the policy wasn't clear on your website, it specifically says refunds accepted if you purchase full price, I assumed that meant my money would be refunded to me. For an online only store where you can't try on their clothes it's surprising that you can't be refunded for incorrect fit.

I had to email twice before my garment was shipped . I had message about sizing and was guided on what size to purchase. Jacket is too big and now they are out of stock. I don’t particularly want a credit as most items seem to be sold out very quickly

I am fairly new to online shopping after recently joining Natalie Angle’s LMTBYB group. So when I recently purchased 4 dresses from your company I made the rookie error of not checking your returns policy. I just naively assumed I would be able to get a refund on any items that didn’t suit! (I know...my mistake and I will wear that) After trying on each of the dresses I have realised unfortunately that I will have to return 3 of the 4. My main complaint on now having over $200 in store credit is that many of your other garments that I would be potentially be interested in purchasing with my credit are out of stock!!

I was disappointed that after buying two size 14 dresses, one came nowhere near fitting my bust and the other was perfect. I have returned one dress and yet to hear anything.
