Ordered dress and 2 tops. One shirt was suppose to be on dark blue background with bright flowers but mine was on grey background and the flowers dull so was disappointed. Dress and other were good.

Hi, I received my dress b quickly. The colour is not the same like the photo. Fabric & made is not what I expected.

The dress is gorgeous but very oversized but I have made it work. I emailed Lilac and Mila to ask if they could hold a smaller size and they never responded. I wasn't going to waste money sending it back and it being sold out and ending up with a credit so I've made the dress work and it's a gorgeous print

I have bought a lot of lilac and mila pieces over the past couple of years , unfortunately i've noticed a bit of a slip in quality and sizing. Love lilac and Mila's patterns and range, and will continue to buy in the hopes quality improves!

Hi lovely, We're incredibly sorry to hear that! We have recently changed our shipping system and are taking this feedback very seriously as we are still trying to figure out aspects of the new system... Our new system automatically analyses the customer's address and finds the quickest / best shipping option to that address... If the parcel can be delivered in under 3 days with regular postage, our system will select that option. This allows us to keep the shipping costs minimal for you ladies as express shipping ranges from $9.95 to $20.00 within Australia. We however want to make shipping affordable whilst still ensuring that our customers receive their items promptly, hence why we only charge $9.95 . 🌺 I can however see that your order took 5 days from the day it was shipped. The system should have therefore selected express shipping! We are more than happy to refund you the cost of shipping 💕 We hope this helps and once again want to apologise for the incovenience, Lilac and Mila Xx

Clothes were delivered quickly. Unfortunately they were way too big despite me downsizing. I find it's hard to get the garments I like as they sell out so quickly.

Ordered x 2 Adela dresses as I already have one . Bought a l and xl ( only one left in the esta, I was replacing one of misplaced ) the x l came with a tag saying 18 and was different / cheaper looking than my original dress which was disappointing . So I essentially bought an 16/18 when I wanted a 14/16 . I am not in a position where I can get to a post office so it was pretty disappointing . Probably won’t order again

I’m a bit disappointed because the top I purchased is too big and the style doesn’t suit. I can’t return for a refund so I’m now really hesitant to purchase off you again.

Top was nice however the sizing is shocking. The measurements on your page aren’t reliable. I downsized by 1 size thinking it looked big and went against your measurements. However I could’ve down sized 3 sizes and it would’ve still been flowy

We have a sizing guide which is an average across all of our garments, however for garment-specific measurements please refer to the product description as we measure each and every item! Product is great. Delivery time pretty quick. But as I got no order confirmation and cannot get the customer account activation emails to come through I won't be buying again as I have no way of tracking orders.

I have given an acceptable due to the customer service in general - it would be an excellent if refunds were given instead of credits. Online stores should give refunds due not being able to try on clothes in a store

My 1st order was a cute pair of jeans with open splits at ankle. The order was delivered quickly. The pants fit firmly & looked great. Unfortunately upon wearing them out i quickly experienced the dreaded slide down. Walking a short distance from my car, the pants started to slide down & continued till they were beyond my hips and my butt crack etc was exposed 😱. Thank god my 1st outing i was wearing a long jacket but the discomfort of trying to constantly hike these pants up was beyond a joke. Sadly i can see these pants will not be worn again.
