The website is easy to use and online shopping is a good experience. I have needed to return on occasional item due to sizing issues or the item just doesn't look right on me. There are no issues with returns and the ladies happily provide a store credit or refund. I regularly buy from this online store and I recommend it highly. Plus, they send me nice emails and call me 'lovely'! That always brightens my day!
