After contacting customer service when my order hadn’t been shipped, I found that one of the dresses I ordered had a fault and they were unable to source another one. The team then allowed me to pick an item of choice to replace it as an apology. More than anything, I’m thankful for their kind customer service, but only wish I had been contacted about the fault in my order before I got concerned and contacted them myself.
