I ordered a dress with Lilac and Mila and when it arrived it was the incorrect dress. The customer service in helping me rectify this was amazing!! They were quick to respond to my emails and went above and beyond to get the right dress out to me as soon as possible. With the way things are these days having an online experience as easy as this makes such a huge difference and even aside from these very minor little hiccups I will definitely continue to shop with this beautiful store and tell all my friends about it.
