I have ordered from them 4 times, and though shipping is slow, orders arrive adequately packed and of the quality I expected.
On my last order, I received 3 emails between ordering and receipt in the US, which provided tracking information and updates telling me when I might expect to receive the dress I ordered.
I will order from them again.
