I need to exchange a medium for a large but can only do so, according to their website, on their website. Their website just keeps you running around circles. First, you need to vote the order number but the website doesn't recognize the order number (I double checked it twice). I finally found a address for service, service@lilligal.com, but so far, nonresponse. Save yourself a lot of trouble and avoid this seller.
