Office staff was quick to set up pog rental for my wife. Was delivered filthy to be used as medical device. After a complaint they replaced with a clean device that had the wrong charger cord.
Device threw an error message saying maint. was due still waiting 3 weeks later for service on a medical device! Service provided in my opinion is criminal.
