Dr. Ordered ordered medical equipment on August 17th. I just had surgery and needed this equipment. Got a call on the 18th they had sent my info to Indiana instead of Louisville. Finally got another call on Tuesday August 22nd.
They would get ahold of the respiratory therapist and call me back. Today is August 30th and they have never reached back out and it's basically 2 weeks. I wonder if they are still talking to the therapist?
