9:30 pm on a Friday night, my concentrator's alarm kept sounding and the machine would shut down. One phone call for after hours help, and Boom!! Courtney calls me to make arrangements. Before hardly any time, he drives up to our house with a different concentrator to swap out and get me back on room air. This company, and their committed and compassionate staff, make sure their patients are their #1 priority. I would recommend them unconditionally.
