Unfortunately, my mom who lives in another state, passed away. There was numerous calls to have her oxygen equipment picked up when she was still alive and in the nursing home, with no success. Numerous times I was told this is not the correct location, tranferred to someone else, or told I would get a call back, which never actually happened. It was really ridiculous the hoops I had to jump through to return their equipment. I would give Lincare 1 star for their poor customer service and communication (no reply to my query is unacceptable.)
However, the guy, Isiah, who actually picked up the equipment was great!! I would give him 5 stars for his excellent communication skills. As I am almost 5 hours away from the pick up location, he not only notified me of the time he would arrive, left a receipt for the items he picked up and also texted me a copy, just in case........ Just wanted to say, maybe Lincare should have Isiah give some of their customer service agents some pointers on how to deal with their customers and what good customer service actually is. Thank you Isiah for you compassion, promptness, and great communication skills. Lincare should employ more employees like you!!!
