Lincare is one of the worst companies to deal with. Been trying to get ahold of someone about billing unable to get a live person. Number on statement rings at another office and they can't help, " say my acct. belongs to another region" very frustrating. Been trying for a month to get a screw for the controller for a month, no results. I'm at point where they can just come and pickup the wheelchair.
DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY.
