I would like to know why the "branch" in Missoula, Montana is unresponsive to phone calls, messages, and no one is ever in their store at 723 Ronan Street!!
I have been trying to get my Mom's oxygen accessories, Cannual 7 foot soft, for MONTHS! This is beyond a bad customer experience.
