My first visit was to be fitted with and learn how to use the CPAP . I have many disappointing memories after that. The Modesto facility is ugly, dirty and uninviting. I immediately had problems with the mask. Knowing it could take time to adjust, I waited a bit before contacting the local representative. Every time I attempted contact with said representative, he was either out of the office, with a client or away from his desk. I waited a week knowing how “busy” he is and finally called again to leave another message. Finally he called back left a message. When I immediately tried calling back he was again not available. Finally we spoke after two weeks of waiting for advice to relieve the pain I was experiencing. I spoke with the Lincare supply person to ask to hold off on delivery of more supplies yet they were sent to me any way. I consequently lost use of the Machine and have to start over with the process and prescription for a CPAP. I certainly would never recommend nor ask for the service from this unprofessional establishment. Try to find a different company if possible. That is of course unless you enjoy being dismissed and treated poorly.
