I was referred to American HomePatient which is a Lincare company. They set me up with a sleep apnea machine with a nasal mask that won’t stay in place. I pulled a full face mask out of my closet that is at least 10 years old and used it a few times and saw it worked. I quit using the machine a week and a half ago hoping insurance will call me to see why I’m out of compliance so I can fully tell them. Emails to the local office, apparently the regional office, to Lincare themselves and tried calling the local office. All American HomePatient care about is filing a claim, take the money and run. No patient care.
