LINCARE failed to deliver the portable oxygen concentrator to my spouse in a timely manner. They also delivered the wrong equipment with a wrong prescription when it was delivered. The wrong equipment did not work for more than an hour when he tried to use it. When my husband called to report that it didn't work, he was asked to drive to Farmville to pick it up a replacement. My husband explained that he is handicapped and has trouble getting around and they still insisted that my spouse had to come to them. The office also said they had very few of what he needed and that they were testing them to see if they even worked! So now we have a neurological patient with heart and lung problems going out in the heat to see if maybe they might have a working unit. Well done lincare....well done.
